Task: Launch an account from scratch, set up campaigns for medical sectors, analytics and conversions, reduce non-targeted inquiries, scale search without Performance Max.
Solution:
Cleared the debt and replaced the account payer.
Set up GA4, call tracking with Binotel, call and form events.
Collected semantics in UA/RU, created 14 search campaigns, 215 RSA ads with unique selling propositions and promotions.
Tested Performance Max → ineffective traffic, stopped.
Optimized bids and monitored the budget.
Result:
A functioning structured account with controlled advertising.
Reduced non-targeted inquiries.
Easily scalable new directions.
Metrics: 1.18 thousand conversions, average cost 137 UAH, CPC 8.32 UAH, expenses 162 thousand UAH.
