- Context:
In Canada, the moving market is saturated with competitors. Imagine: a minivan or pickup, one partner — and there you are, a "moving company." Everyone is working in this market, from new immigrants with low prices to giants that have dominated for years. In particular, there is one large company whose brand is searched on Google almost as often as the service itself.

- Current problem:
Renting in Toronto is rapidly increasing. Over the last 2 years, the average rent has risen by 16%, from $1,908 to $2,201. This prompts many renters to stay in their old apartments to avoid rent increases. Demand for the service has fallen, and competitors are still around.
