Launched Google Ads from scratch for a Ukrainian store of construction equipment and garden tools. Project feature: the client constantly reduced the advertising budget.
Not one giant PMax for the entire catalog. We divided products by category × margin × demand: separately for power tools, separately for garden equipment, separately for impulse items. All aimed at optimizing Conversion Value (tROAS). Budget redistribution to the most profitable PMax with each budget cut.
Results over 5 months:
• 190,685 ₴ budget → 18,418,177 ₴ conversion value
• ROAS 96.59× (9,659%)
• 70,157 clicks, 414 purchases
• +13,045,743 ₴ vs previous period
