H-House

The area of the house is 250 m2. Maximum of space and light is our basic idea! This solution provided a comfortable organization of the residential space. The relief of the site played a major role in the conceptual idea of the image. Natural factors restricted the location of the spots in the house, but we managed to choose a successful location, highlighting the beauty and flexibility of the landscape!

The kitchen-studio space, the entrance area and technical rooms are located at the first level. The planning solution is designed in such a way that the connection between the premises is formed. At the same time, the dining area, the terrace and the pool located on the site were united into one functional group. The terrace has the possibility to be transformed into a completely closed room through the whole glass moving overhead. The bedroom is located on the second floor and turned to the area with a wonderful view of the landscape!
