Thanks to the Google document, after filling out the forms, a maintenance report is generated directly on the lamps via QR codes. On the control panel in Google Sheets, a list of all the lamps present in the enterprise is created. After the "reference" initial filling, the current status of the lamps is displayed using Google Apps Script, monitoring the deadline for re-inspection, with subsequent notifications to responsible persons in case of problems. A mechanism for generating a printed version of the log has also been implemented, with specific requirements for formatting the printed form. This example can be scaled to any log used by the enterprise, significantly easing the work and taking much less time than standard methods of implementing the HACCP system.
