How we won the AI hackathon in Abu Dhabi - "Yalla Compass AI"

Problem: inconvenience of participation due to numerous disparate actions (searching for information on websites and in PDFs, filling out forms, registering on Slack, monitoring chats and tables). Solution: creating a unified AI chatbot as a central hub for registration, contests, collecting feedback, and invitations to future events. Result: freeing employees from routine tasks, increasing participant engagement, enhancing the attractiveness of the event for sponsors, and expanding collaboration opportunities.
