Customer: HURMA - a network of retail stores of fresh vegetables and fruits in the Kiev region.
The problem: until now the customer has not been placed in digital because it was not necessary. After resolving the aggressive expansion of the store network, the customer realized the need to build the brand, create positioning and visual elements of the brand in order to efficiently use the marketing budget for promotion.
Solution: We analyzed the brand’s business processes and understood that one of the main advantages of HURMA in their suppliers. HURMA suppliers are farmers, some even in a few generations who grow fruits and vegetables “as for themselves” – without nitrates, pesticides and harmful fertilizers. The approach to the cultivation of products by farmers "How to yourself" - and became a new positioning of the brand HURMA.
