AVS Accounting Online School. They have numerous courses, mini-courses, and conduct free webinars on various topics for accountants every week.
The main task of the school is not just to provide information, but to develop real accounting skills in the client, for which they are willing to pay in the market.
OUR MAIN TASKS
Generate a steady flow of applications for free webinar series every week
Adhere to established KPIs for leads that do not exceed acceptable limits
CHALLENGES:
We started from scratch with advertising accounts because the client did not provide them to us
We spent a long time dealing with purchased accounts, faced blockages, both in accounts and cards, had a very low daily limit for Facebook ad spend, which hindered our work (as we were supposed to spend around $3000 per month, but in fact, we only spent about $600)
We had an issue with lead profitability in the client's CRM (out of 200 leads, only 30 were reflected by UTM tags, which is nonsense). We spent 2 weeks solving this problem, applying all possible solutions to rectify the situation
We experienced a significant drop in campaigns after testing a new design + Facebook reduced our daily ad spend limit
WHAT WE DID:
Conducted a full analysis of competitors' activities, identified the strengths and weaknesses of our client
Built a targeting funnel to generate applications
Developed a communication strategy, tested many different offers, made constant replacements until we found a working connection
Resolved all issues with advertising accounts, brought the project to a normal level, minimized possible risks from Facebook, warmed up the purchased accounts quite well. Achieved a normal CPL on practically all launches
