Employer branding for Kernel

Kernel develops 8 internal corporate competencies among employees — from systems thinking to client orientation. Conceptually, each is assigned to a specific sport: soft skills as something that needs to be trained.

Previously, all directions were shown through photos of balls — this did not form a system, so the HR department decided to switch to a unified visual code.
I received the first direction — "Internal Entrepreneurship," which is represented by golf. Task: to build an identity in the Bauhaus style that scales to any medium without additional designer input.
