Implementation of AI audit for expert business (UpLevel)

A platform that guides the user through a structured questionnaire and generates a detailed LLM report on the state of their expert business — positioning, attraction, retention, readiness for growth, internal processes. It identifies gaps and suggests specific next steps. After the audit, access to tools for working with the results is provided.

I implemented a turnkey AI analysis system in 2 weeks - from architecture to launch. Several iterations of improvements to the LLM analysis after unsatisfactory initial results - achieved stable quality of reports and a deep analysis of the situation.
