Qualification system for incoming clients (product)
An automated pipeline that evaluates and qualifies incoming leads using AI. It analyzes responses, identifies red flags, and provides structured recommendations so that the sales department spends time only on clients who are worth it.
I developed an automated pipeline for evaluating and qualifying incoming leads. It is used within my agency and by several clients.
What has been implemented:
AI scoring based on the business ICP — the pipeline evaluates the lead against a specific ideal customer profile.
Pre-saving and backfill — leads are not lost during temporary API unavailability and are processed later automatically.
Integration with third-party services — after analysis, the lead automatically enters the necessary system.
Processing cost ~$0.01 per lead.
Stack: n8n, OpenAI API, API integration, JavaScript.
