Our goal was to increase sales and profitability. In 4 months, turnover grew to 6.6 million UAH, and ROAS increased by 46%.

We conducted audience segmentation by age, interests, behavior, and geography. We focused on flagship products with high margins and implemented cross-selling. Through careful analysis of effectiveness, we redistributed the budget to campaigns with maximum ROI, tested ad formats, and set up dynamic advertising.

Particular attention was paid to creatives: emphasis on USP (free shipping, guarantee), bright visuals, videos, and reviews. We set up retargeting for abandoned carts and repeat purchases. We used automation (GTM, Google Ads), optimizing bids and budgets in real-time.

Thanks to this approach, we were able to increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty.
