Individual sauna project with a total area of 73.3 m² and a terrace of 54.8 m², executed as a comprehensive architectural-engineering solution with detailed development of structures, engineering systems, and nodes.
The project is focused not only on aesthetics but also on practical, durable operation year-round.

– hot water supply boiler with a capacity of 150 liters
– autonomous well with water purification and softening unit
– water outlet to the street in the barbecue area and to the plunge pool on the terrace (considering seasonal discharge both separately - external and general system)
– double purification sewage system with 3 receiving pits
Construction and insulation
– walls: thermal insulation 150 mm
– ceilings: insulation 200 mm
– internal and external finishes applied: imitation beam 135 x 20; paneling style 90 x 15
– insulated plinth and pavement with extruded polystyrene
– terrace with decking made of 90 x 30 mm boards and solid wood railing
– steam room - linden, slate, ceramic granite mosaic
– flooring in the common area: ceramic granite 1200 × 600 mm
