CRM system for the management of insurance agency.
We needed to develop a CRM software that allows the insurance agency to manage customers, products and phone calls. We had to create the software that is convenient for the end user, take care of the various solutions for departments and create dynamic patterns for working with the products of insurance companies. We have developed the appropriate hardware infrastructure for quick search results, backup, separate recording server, etc. Before programming we have taken care of the most accurate characterization of the project, prepared the UX program and a convenient user interface. We studied each agency department to automatize and optimize the departments.
