Integration of web form with HubSpot CRM via Make.com

Client request:
Automate the transfer of contact data from the web form to HubSpot CRM and reduce the need for expensive plan upgrades.
What I did:
- Integrated ActiveCampaign with HubSpot via Make.com for automatic transfer of new contacts.
- Created automatic deal formation in HubSpot upon the creation of new contacts.
- Synced HubSpot data with ActiveCampaign by adding custom fields to each contact (contact ID + deal link).
Result:
Saved the client over $10,000 a year by avoiding the need to purchase paid HubSpot automation features.
