Internal logistics platform with GPS tracking and automation

Developed a full-stack platform for managing transport logistics LevTrans — a closed internal application for coordinating a network of warehouses with an algorithm for automatic resource allocation in real-time. Implemented:

• Three user roles: dispatcher (logistics management on the map), warehouse manager (inventory management), driver (unregistered access via magic links)

• Automatic supplier selection algorithm — the system finds the warehouse with the largest resource stock and automatically reserves the goods to prevent double allocation

• Real-time map with GPS tracking on MapLibreGL — tracking driver positions every 10 seconds, animated routes, color-coded statuses

• SOS system for emergencies — the driver signals a problem, the dispatcher sees a red marker and can cancel the trip with automatic resource return

• Adaptive interface with desktop sidebar and mobile bottom navigation, fully responsive design

• REST API with 25+ endpoints, JWT authentication, role-based access control, auto-documentation via Swagger

• Docker-ready infrastructure with PostgreSQL, Redis, multi-stage builds (optimizing images from 1.2GB to 450MB)

Technical stack: React 19 + TypeScript, NestJS 11, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL 16, MapLibreGL 5, TanStack Query, TailwindCSS 4, Docker Compose

Project feature — complete order lifecycle with automatic inventory management: goods are reserved upon approval, deducted at the start of the trip, credited upon delivery. All operations are atomic and protected from race conditions through Prisma transactions.
