Customization and extension of the site on Astro.js

About the project:
The starting point was a basic Astro template from the client. The task was not just to apply a new design according to the specifications, but to significantly expand the functionality, enliven the interface, and set up processes for adequate future support.
What I specifically did:

Frontend and scaling: I redesigned the existing template blocks to meet the new requirements. I created and integrated 13 new unique pages. I added custom animations to make the site look less static.
Forms and security: I implemented proper data validation for forms. To filter out bots and spam, I integrated Cloudflare Turnstile instead of the standard annoying captcha.
Infrastructure: All development was carried out following a clean Git flow.
Automation (CI) and typing: To ensure the project does not break in the future and the code remains stable, I set up a CI pipeline. Now, with every push, build tests and TypeScript type checks are automatically run.
Result:
In the end, we received a fast and optimized multi-page website. Thanks to strict typing and automated checks, the project is ready for further development without the risk of sudden bugs in production.

Real estate landing page with a Telegram bot for applications

Developed a fast and modern website for a real estate agency in Turkey.
What has been done:
… Website on Next.js (React): Very fast, opens instantly on phones.
Exact layout from Figma: Transferred the design one to one, everything looks professional.
Telegram bot: Created a bot on Node.js that instantly forwards requests from the website to the manager in Telegram.
Optimization: The website has high speed metrics (green zone in Google PageSpeed).
Result: The client receives all customer data in 1 second directly in the messenger, which allows not to lose leads.

Internal logistics platform with GPS tracking and automation
Developed a full-stack platform for managing transport logistics LevTrans — a closed internal application for coordinating a network of warehouses with an algorithm for automatic resource allocation in real-time. Implemented:
• Three user roles: dispatcher (logistics management on the map), warehouse manager (inventory management), driver (unregistered access via magic links)
… • Automatic supplier selection algorithm — the system finds the warehouse with the largest resource stock and automatically reserves the goods to prevent double allocation
• Real-time map with GPS tracking on MapLibreGL — tracking driver positions every 10 seconds, animated routes, color-coded statuses
• SOS system for emergencies — the driver signals a problem, the dispatcher sees a red marker and can cancel the trip with automatic resource return
• Adaptive interface with desktop sidebar and mobile bottom navigation, fully responsive design
• REST API with 25+ endpoints, JWT authentication, role-based access control, auto-documentation via Swagger
• Docker-ready infrastructure with PostgreSQL, Redis, multi-stage builds (optimizing images from 1.2GB to 450MB)
Technical stack: React 19 + TypeScript, NestJS 11, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL 16, MapLibreGL 5, TanStack Query, TailwindCSS 4, Docker Compose
Project feature — complete order lifecycle with automatic inventory management: goods are reserved upon approval, deducted at the start of the trip, credited upon delivery. All operations are atomic and protected from race conditions through Prisma transactions.
