What was done:
– developed a one-page landing with an ROI calculator and quick-form;
– launched Meta campaigns at $1000/day with GEO segmentation, daily budget reallocation;
– tested creatives: skyscraper videos, mock-ups ROI 10%-15%, carousel with apartment plans;
– optimized displays during agent working hours (9-18 GST) → quick contact increased conversion;
– collected "warm" audiences from website visitors and Look-alike 1% based on CRM list of actual investors.
Results over 3 months:
