Write an in-depth article for the blog of the IT school IAMPM. The goal is to explain the complex topic of UX research in a way that product managers and designers receive a ready-made algorithm for improving business metrics.
OBJECTIVE:
To show the connection between interface usability and company profit, as well as to address client objections regarding the "unnecessariness" of the research phase.
WHAT WAS DONE:
