The concept of a landing page for a network CRM platform was developed in 3 weeks from scratch to a full visual system. JonCRM had neither a product, nor screenshots, nor users — only a vision and a brief. My task was to convey the value of the platform clearly enough that people would trust it enough to join the beta version waiting list. This is a more complex design problem than it seems: you cannot show features that do not exist, and you cannot fake trust.
