KeepinCRM for monument production
The client needed to adapt the work in KeepinCRM to the actual processes of production and order support. The main request concerned the correct receipt template, user access rights, and a more convenient logic for moving deals between funnels.
In the system, the receipt template was redesigned based on the client's example, unnecessary fields were removed, a stamp and a field for the customer's signature were added, and document editing was opened for a specific user. Additionally, a trigger was set up in the "Production" funnel and automatic transfer of the deal after shipment to the "Our B2C Clients" funnel.
As a result, the team received a more convenient way to work with documents, fewer manual actions in the order support process, and funnel logic closer to the actual working scenario. After testing, the template was also further adjusted considering the real limitations of KeepinCRM.
