Case: Cleaning company in Bulgaria
A cleaning company that opened in the summer of 2025 in Bulgaria. A new business at the start — without an established client base and a team of performers.
We faced two areas of work:
1. Attract clients for cleaning services
2. Recruit staff — cleaners for the company
What was done:
Launched two advertising campaigns simultaneously with different goals and different communication. The first was aimed at potential clients — those looking for cleaning of apartments, offices, or other premises. The second — for finding employees, with a message about the possibility of stable earnings and a flexible schedule. Each campaign had its own audience, its own creatives, and its own message — which allowed us to effectively solve both tasks without mutual overlap.
We managed to obtain 353 leads with a budget of $2,300 — the cost per lead was $6.5, which is 35% lower than the client's established KPI of $10.
