Project: Luxury Beauty Salon Network in Kyiv
The funnel and approach are multi-faceted, combining different formats and approaches into a comprehensive system that works with the entire customer journey:
- Promotion of content leading to the Instagram page
- Promotion of content leading to direct messaging
- Brand promotion leading to the website
To track the effectiveness of the conversations, we built a system that allows the transfer of information about purchases (appointments at the salon and actual provision of services) that were made as a result of the conversations.
