Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Purpose: rental housing
Area: 28.5 m²
Status: implemented in 2023
This project is a response to the challenge of compact space that must be functional, stylish, and not feel like "temporary housing." The 28.5 m² apartment is specifically designed for the rental market in Vilnius, focusing on maximum ergonomics, durable solutions, and visual cleanliness.
Key features:
– Built-in fold-down bed that transforms the room from a living room to a bedroom without compromising aesthetics
– Fully integrated kitchen with all necessary appliances
– Rational storage — hidden systems, floor-to-ceiling cabinets, minimal visual noise
– Neutral palette in light beige and gray tones creates a sense of space
– Carefully calibrated lighting — both general and zonal, including decorative backlighting
The project included a complete set of working drawings, 3D diagrams, author supervision, and furnishing.
All furniture and finishes are selected considering long-term rental use: durable materials, easy maintenance, and adaptability for future residents.
