Landing Design for Exhibition
Since the 17th century, more than 1,000 windmills have been built in the area of Zanzhou, which has become the first industrial zone in Europe. Wind mills were used to melt spices, painting, drilling wood and oil manufacturing. Since 2017, the mining plant has been included in UNESCO’s “Unmaterial Cultural Heritage of Humanity.” The objective of this exhibition is to raise the interest of the new generation in preserving, studying and working with these historic rolled mines.
