Launching an online store from scratch
This is my first full cycle in e-commerce. In 2020, together with a partner, I launched an online business from scratch and created two brands: air fresheners and car accessories (Aroma Car Lux) and author perfumes and sprays (Addictive Perfumes). As a result, I built a working store with a team, product, financial model, CRM, logistics, and advertising.
