HR pipeline with a simplified selection cycle

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Job 3 of 62
Problem
The hiring process for positions with a simplified selection cycle (phone interview + one interview) was conducted without a structured system: selection stages were not recorded in the CRM, candidates were lost between stages, and HR managers could not track which step each applicant was at — from application to starting the probation period.

Task
Create a hiring pipeline with a 2-stage interview cycle (phone interview → interview), covering the candidate's entire journey from reserve to being hired.

Solution
The "HR hiring in 2 stages" pipeline was created and configured with the following statuses:
1 - Reserve
2 - New candidates
3 - Phone interview confirmed
4 - Phone interview completed
5 - Interview scheduled →
6 - Interview confirmed
7 - Interview completed
8 - References received
9 - Job offer made
10 - Job offer accepted
11 - Started probation period
12 - Completed probation period
13 - Hired / passed probation
14 - Rejected.

Results

1. The entire hiring process for positions with a short interview cycle is recorded in the CRM in a unified format.
2. The HR manager sees which stage each candidate is at and can promptly move them further along the pipeline.
3. It has become possible to analyze conversion between stages and identify bottlenecks in the selection process.
4. Rejected candidates are recorded separately and are not mixed with active ones.
