Projects of a multi-appartement house with built office premises on vol.Lichakovskaya 37 in m.Lions, located on a section with an existing non-residential building.During the design of the many-course house was conducted an analysis of the city-building situation with a list of the historically-course-building reasoning of the reconstruction of this non-residential building.At the same time, it is determined that the non-residential building belongs to the construction of the first half of the nineteenth century is not defined as a monument of architecture of national and local significance, nor as a monument of history.The weekly data indicates a line of construction, which is certified by the city's radio, and which passes at a distance of 4,2-6,0 meters from the external line of construction of the existing non-residential building.This means that in the event of the expansion of the street of Lychakovskaya, the existing uninhabited building will be cut off.The quality of the building is not confirmed by necessary documents, therefore there is no basis for its preservation, in the state of authentic vision (without the realization of the building).Basic technical and economic indications of the project of the multi-course house on the vol, Lichakovskaya 37:
