Leader Promusic company is engaged in selling musical instruments, sound and lighting equipment. The company is a regional representative of Ukrainian and globally renowned brands.

Tasks
The client contacted us with a complaint about an outdated and ineffective website. Our main goal was to create a modern and attractive design, develop user-friendly functionality that would simplify the process of selecting products and placing orders for users.

Process
The project implementation process included the following stages:
- Analyzing the needs of the target audience and considering them during project development;
- Studying competitors to identify their strengths and weaknesses;
- Conducting an analysis of search queries to create an effective semantic core for the website;
- Developing a prototype and technical documentation;
- Working on the UI/UX design, taking into account the results of the analysis;
- Developing design mockups in accordance with the company's corporate style;
- Setting up necessary integrations with CRM systems and marketplaces;
- Conducting testing of the project, including usability tests.

Result
The Promodex team completed the project in one and a half months: from the client's request to the implementation of the online store and its launch.
- Developed a multifunctional online store that combines ease of use and a musical atmosphere.
- Implemented the most convenient product filters, considering user requirements and SEO specialists’ input.
- The site has high loading speed according to PageSpeed Insights.
- Created unique icons and stickers for the website design;
- Implemented the company's loyalty system;
- Conducted full testing of the site: functionality testing, layout testing, load testing, usability testing.

The target audience is musicians.

Team
A team of 9 people participated in the project: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, graphic designer, front-end and back-end developers, QA specialist.

The website is developed on the OpenCart CMS, as this CMS meets all technical requirements and allowed us to implement all necessary functions.
