SaaS platform for courier and logistics companies. The manager in one window calculates the order cost, saves calculations in history, generates a commercial proposal, and sends it to the client — without Excel, without a programmer, without manual work.
Functionality:
— Order calculation with a complete breakdown of costs: variables (fuel, payment to the performer), expenses per kilometer, vehicle depreciation, share of fixed costs, zone and urgency coefficients.
— Two types of orders: documents (up to 1 kg, courier or driver) and parcels (over 1 kg, driver only, taking into account weight and dimensions).
— Automatic calculation of volumetric weight based on dimensions L×W×H — the system takes the greater of actual and volumetric.
— Calculation by zone OR by kilometers — a switch directly in the form.
— 4 customizable zones (Center, Nearby, Remote, Suburban) with mileage and coefficients.
— 4 types of delivery with urgency coefficients: urgent ×1.8, same-day ×1.3, regular ×1.0, economy ×0.8. All editable.
— Pricing: markup in %, minimum price, VAT, final price, and margin in % — visible immediately.
— Calculation history — each order is saved with a number and date.
— Library of commercial proposals — ready-made proposals are stored, can be reopened, copied, exported to PDF.
— Proposal templates — design and conditions are set up once.
— Client binding — name, contact person, LLP / LLC.
— Search by orders, proposals, clients with the hotkey ⌘K.
