Role: CEO and product partner, combining the functions of business analyst, product manager, and operations manager.

What has been done:
- Conducted a series of interviews with potential clients, identified key problems and product requirements.
- Formulated the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features for the first version.
- Described business processes, prepared requirements for the development team (user stories, process diagrams).
- Set up the team's workflow (task assignment, performance monitoring, regular syncs).
- Responsible for testing hypotheses, communication with partners and pilot clients.

Result: a formed product core, ready for pilots with logistics companies, and a clear plan for achieving profitability.
