Project ManagementProject: commercial web/SaaS solution for a foreign client (B2B/B2C), full cycle — from idea to production support.
Role: Product Owner (proxy PO) and business analyst. Responsible for the product from the executor's side: from presale and discovery to launch and further development.
… Presale and discovery phase:
- Participated in presale communication: analyzed the client's request, proposed a vision for the solution, estimated the scope of work.
- Conducted the discovery phase: interviews with stakeholders, formation of business goals, description of users and key scenarios.
- Prepared a set of artifacts: high-level requirements, process map, preliminary backlog, estimates, and proposal for implementation phases.
Design and development phase:
- Formulated and maintained the product roadmap and backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Prioritized tasks together with the client (value/effort, risks, dependencies) so that the team worked on the most valuable functionality.
- Worked with the team (developers, QA, designer): clarified requirements, answered questions, helped with domain details.
- Participated in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, maintained transparent communication regarding status and risks.
Launch and handover to support:
- Organized UAT with the client: collected feedback, prioritized comments and revisions.
- Helped prepare the release: wrote release notes, created test scenarios, basic documentation for users/support.
- Formulated a plan for further support and development: divided the backlog into "support" (bugfix/minor changes) and "development" (new features, improvements).
Result:
- The project was successfully delivered with a delay of no more than 1–2 weeks from the initial agreements, with key functionality included in the first release.
- The client received a transparent process, an understandable backlog for future releases, and a formulated model for further product support.

Business analysis and consulting for IT
ConsultingI demonstrate in practice how business analysis and well-thought-out processes help launch and save IT projects. I have worked as a business analyst and consultant in #logistics #transportation #warehouse #retail #government #education #saas.
Project examples:
… #logistics #saas — partner and CEO of a logistics startup: responsible for product vision, processes, client discovery, task setting for the team, and achieving a viable model.
#government #publicsector — preparation of project documentation for a government project that successfully passed inspections with minimal adjustments.
#manufacturing #warehouse — reorganized the workflow of a team of 12 people, which allowed 80% of the backlog to be closed in 2 months instead of the planned 3–6.
#itoutsourcing #discovery — conducted discovery phases for foreign clients, most of whom transitioned into full product development.
#processimprovement — in various projects, reduced the share of change requests to 35% and cut costs for processing them by 70%.
How I help clients:
- understand what exactly the business and users need;
- document requirements (BRD/SRS, #userstories, process diagrams) in a language understandable to developers and stakeholders;
- bring order to processes so that the team works faster and with fewer risks;
- go through the discovery phase and prepare a clear roadmap for launching or relaunching a product.
