Looms is an online store that specializes in the production and sale of advertising lightboxes, neon signs, volumetric letters, metal stands, menus for establishments, paintings, and much more.

Task: to develop and implement an effective advertising strategy in Google Ads, focused on:
- Increasing the number of sales through the Looms online store.
- Optimizing the advertising budget to reduce the cost per conversion and improve campaign efficiency.
- Expanding reach and attracting new customers interested in the production of advertising lightboxes, neon signs, volumetric letters, metal stands, menus for establishments, paintings, etc.

How it all went:
1. Conducted an audit of existing campaigns and the target audience.
2. Launched Performance Max to scale reach.
3. Added search campaigns for hot queries and retargeting.
4. Optimized the budget using Maximize Conversions and Target ROAS strategies.
5. Regularly disabled ineffective groups and redistributed the budget.

Results:
- Budget: 70,000 UAH/month
- Cost per lead: from 231 UAH to 66 UAH at the final stage
- Average number of leads: up to 7 per day
- Optimization: constant changes in campaigns that reduced CPA to 203 UAH
- Increase in conversions: According to data for April 2024, the total number of conversions amounted to 432.51, which is a significant improvement compared to December 2023.
