    Solution:
    - Synchronization and automation of the feed: Set up automatic XML feed uploads, allowing prices and stock to be updated in Google Merchant Center every 4 hours.

    - SEO optimization of titles for low-frequency queries: Rewrote product titles in the Prom.ua cabinet using the formula: "Type + Brand + Car Model + Feature." This increased the number of impressions in Google Shopping by 65%.

    - Synergy of Google Ads and ProSale: Used Google Shopping to attract external traffic, while internal ProSale advertising was used to "push" buyers within the marketplace. Optimized budgets by reallocating funds to the most profitable channels for each category.

    Qiwi Partner — a Polish platform that connects drivers to taxi services and couriers to delivery services. It operates in Warsaw and other cities in Poland — Katowice, Poznań, and others.

    Tasks:
    Objective:
    Attract new employees for the platform and achieve the client's KPI — +500 new active drivers and couriers by the end of the year. The main focus was not on the number of leads, but on people who actually make it to their first working shift.

    Challenge:
    The project operated in the recruitment niche, where the path from advertising to starting work is longer than standard lead generation. Additional complexities included:
    - three language audiences (Ukrainian, Russian, English);
    - seasonality of job demand;
    - varying effectiveness of channels and quality of leads;
    - technical issues with analytics due to loss of UTM tags.

    Solution:
    1. Multichannel strategy. Built a recruitment system through three channels — Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, where each played its role in the funnel.
    2. Campaign segmentation. Launched separate ads for drivers and couriers, testing different creative formats and audiences in three languages.
    3. Search demand through Google. Launched Performance Max and search campaigns to intercept users who are already actively looking for work as couriers or drivers.
    4. TikTok testing. Used the platform as a channel for cheap reach to a younger audience — it provided the lowest CPL, although with a smaller volume of leads.
    5. Optimization and scaling. Regularly redistributed budgets among channels based on CPL and activation rates, allowing for scaling of advertising during the season without a sharp drop in effectiveness.

    Results:

    PROMIN — a cottage community of a club type in the near suburbs of Kyiv.
    At the start, the advertising was launched as a set of tests — without a projected CPL, understanding of the funnel, and scaling model.

    Task: quickly attract potential buyers at the pre-sale stage and convert them into real deals.

    Accordingly, within the project it was necessary to:
    - identify marketing channels that attract not just traffic, but relevant potential buyers;
    - build an effective engagement funnel that lowers the barrier before submitting an application;
    - separate the stages of warming up the audience and direct lead engagement;
    - test and choose a customer acquisition model that can be stably scaled.

    Challenge:
    The project started without marketing infrastructure: there was no pixel, analytics, or accumulated data about the audience. An additional complexity was the high cost of mistakes in the real estate niche — each non-target lead means lost time for the manager. External factors also affected the results of the campaigns, particularly massive shelling, which temporarily reduced demand for real estate.

    Solution:
    1. Infrastructure preparation. Set up the pixel and analytics through GTM, connected automatic lead collection to Google Sheets, and prepared the structure of the first advertising campaigns.
    2. Audience testing. Launched parallel campaigns for several segments (business, IT, interests in real estate) with different creative formats. Tested LinkedIn as an alternative channel, but after spending $147 without leads, it was turned off.
    3. Funnel optimization. Replaced the standard lead form with a quiz landing page, which allowed filtering out non-target applications and improving lead quality.
    4. Scaling. After identifying a working model, simplified the campaign structure and divided creatives into warming up and lead generation, ensuring a stable flow of leads.

    Results:
    Over 7 months of advertising on Meta Ads, 484 leads were obtained with a total budget of $9,215, with an average CPL of ~$19.
    - In the best month (January 2026), CPL was $12.33 — 96 leads for $1,183.
    - The peak CPL value was $22, during a week of massive shelling of Kyiv, which affected the entire real estate category.
    - Up to 70% of applications were marked by the client's team as "green" — relevant and ready for communication.

    Beauty marketing without borders: 130+ leads for massage studios in Warsaw and Brest

    Client:
    Body Effect — a network of hardware anti-cellulite massage offices, represented in Brest and Warsaw.

    Task:
    Restart advertising campaigns on Instagram to increase the profitability of the offices in both locations. It was necessary to find effective connections between "creative-target," considering significant differences in user behavior in Poland and Belarus.

    Challenge:
    The main difficulty was the EU legislative restrictions that prohibit automatic tracking of messages in Direct for optimization. The project also had technical nuances with manual payments for offices in Poland and completely different service consumption patterns in the two local markets.

    Solution:
    1. Localization of strategies: We divided approaches for each location. For Brest, we focused on Direct (as the main trust channel), while for Warsaw, we implemented a hybrid model of "Lead-form + Direct" to bypass tracking restrictions.
    2. Testing creative formats: We found that static graphics yield stable results in Brest, while the Polish audience responds much better to dynamic video reviews of procedures.
    3. Promotional funnels: We developed and launched a separate campaign for Valentine's Day in Warsaw, which allowed us to achieve a surge in inquiries in a short time.
    4. Manual analytics control: Due to the impossibility of automatic tracking in the EU, we established a manual lead accounting system for the client, which allowed us to promptly adjust bids and creatives.
    5. Technical recovery: We completely reconfigured Business Manager, audience connections, and conversion events, ensuring the correct operation of offices in different jurisdictions.

    Results:
    - Brest: 98 leads at $4.11. We managed to establish a stable flow of inquiries through Direct, ensuring high occupancy of specialists.
    - Warsaw: 33 inquiries from the holiday promotion. A quick result was achieved at a cost of 33 zlotys per lead in the highly competitive beauty segment of the capital.
    - Revenue scaling: Thanks to the correct selection of targets for each country, the client noted a significant increase in the number of new bookings in Direct.
    - Management flexibility: We ensured uninterrupted advertising operations despite difficulties with bank payments and technical limits of the platform in Poland.

    The Bali market has its specifics: a high concentration of expats, villas, and designer hotels. It was necessary to identify a solvent audience willing to invest in custom design and obtain from them not just "likes," but specific parameters of demand.

    Solution:
    1. Implementation of quiz marketing: Instead of a complicated website, an interactive quiz was used. This allowed users to "assemble" their ideal furniture set, while the business received qualified data about customer needs.
    2. Segmentation of the premium audience: Targeting was set up for villa owners, architects, and interior designers living or doing business in Bali.
    3. Visual strategy: Creatives were prepared that emphasized the authenticity of materials (teak) and the modern minimalism of the design, which perfectly fits into the island's landscapes.
    4. Technical analytics: Meta Pixel was set up to track every stage of the quiz completion. This allowed for optimizing advertising for those who complete the survey, rather than just clicking the link.
    5. Lead quality assessment: A filtering system for applications was implemented, helping the client focus only on those customers who are ready to collaborate on custom projects.

    Results after 1 month:
    - 80 qualified applications: A stream of potential customers was attracted at the product prototyping stage.
    - Cost per lead $11.8: An acceptable application cost was obtained for the designer furniture niche with a high average check.
    - 37% quality leads: More than a third of all received applications moved into the active work and project calculation stage, confirming the high relevance of the traffic.
    - Validation of the business idea: With a budget of $947, the client received clear confirmation of demand and a ready customer base for launching serial production.

    Client: MagicLook — a beauty salon in the USA specializing in premium permanent makeup and eyelash extension services.

    Task:
    Launch a stable flow of clients through Facebook and Instagram Ads. The main KPI — the cost of one final booking should not exceed $35. The priority at the start — permanent makeup (high ticket), later — eyelashes (high LTV).

    Challenge:
    The US market is characterized by a high cost per click and demanding clients regarding service. At the initial stage, we faced a technical problem: the client's website had a complicated registration form that "leaked" conversions. Additionally, the ads initially attracted many competitors and other specialists, which diluted the budget.

    Solution:
    1. Change of conversion vector: We abandoned the ineffective form on the website in favor of direct dialogues in Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger. This allowed us to consult clients in real-time.
    2. Audience optimization: We implemented an exclusion system, removing other salon owners and specialists from the displays. We focused solely on potential service consumers.
    3. "Before/After" creatives: We bet on visual confirmation of expertise through photo collages of work. We tested various text formats — from concise bullet points to detailed descriptions of benefits.
    4. Templates and offers: We developed scripts for automatic responses and added a special discount on comprehensive procedures, which stimulated quick bookings.
    5. Working with LTV: We built a strategy so that initial engagement with expensive permanent makeup would eventually convert into regular visits for eyelash extensions.

    The high concentration of beauty studios in Krakow creates fierce competition for clients. It was necessary to find a mechanism that would allow for quickly converting interest into actual bookings, avoiding complex sales funnels.

    Solution:
    1. Flexible testing of formats: Started with Facebook lead forms but quickly abandoned them due to low effectiveness in this niche, redirecting the budget to a more productive funnel.
    2. Integration with Booksy: Set up advertising traffic directly to the salon's page in the Booksy service. This allowed clients to see available "slots" and book in one click without unnecessary correspondence.
    3. Multi-product approach: Launched separate campaigns for each key service (manicure, massage, etc.), which allowed for audience segmentation and showing the most relevant offers.
    4. Aggressive testing of creatives: Tested 5 different visuals for each service every month, keeping only those that brought the cheapest traffic.
    5. Local targeting: Focused displays on residents of Krakow considering geographical proximity to the salon, which increased the likelihood of visits.

    Results:
    - 1.5 times increase in visits: The number of monthly visits to the salon rose from 331 to 492.

    Solution:
    1. Video-centric strategy: Developed a series of dynamic videos showcasing the comfort of travel and the attractiveness of tourist locations. The videos proved to be significantly more effective than static posts.
    2. Geographic split testing: Divided campaigns by countries and platforms (FB vs Instagram). This revealed that in Finland, Facebook delivered significantly cheaper results than Instagram.
    3. Deep interest segmentation: In Germany, implemented Custom Interests (special audiences based on interests), which helped to more accurately target active travelers.

    1. Two-pronged campaign strategy: Divided traffic into two parallel funnels: Conversions (direct applications on the website) and Lead Forms (collecting contacts within Facebook). This allowed reaching users with different levels of readiness to engage.

It was necessary not just to attract traffic but to build a system that shows each user exactly the fragrance they expressed interest in.

    Solution:
    1. Implementation of Advantage+ Shopping: Used Meta's intelligent algorithms for automatic product selection. The system independently found users with high conversion behavior, allowing for scaling without a sharp increase in budget.
    2. Deep optimization of the product feed: Improved the catalog structure, product attributes, and image quality. This enabled Facebook to more clearly identify "strong" products and prioritize them in the output.
    3. Dynamic remarketing: Set up return scenarios for those who viewed products or left items in their cart. This converted "warm" visitors into actual buyers, significantly increasing the share of completed transactions.
    4. Intent-based segmentation: Focused the budget on groups with the highest commercial potential (High Intent), cutting off non-targeted impressions and random clicks.
