    We were engaged in setting up Google Ads, developing and maintaining the website to ensure effective sales.

    Task
    The task was to reduce the cost of customer acquisition and increase the number of leads for three residential complexes "Aquarelle" to ensure a stable flow of clients and apartment sales.

    Results
    Reduction of application cost: we reduced the conversion cost from 1081 UAH to 109 UAH, which allowed the client to significantly save on advertising expenses while receiving more quality applications.

    Increase in the number of applications: the number of applications increased from 5 to 1705 per quarter due to comprehensive optimization of advertising campaigns and remarketing setup.

    Sale of 90% of apartments: during 1.5 years of our cooperation, the company successfully sold 90% of apartments in three residential complexes "Aquarelle".
  • Escape Villas: construction company in Bali

    Escape Villas — a construction company in Bali that specializes in building exclusive villas. The main goal of the test launch of the advertising campaign was to check the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook for the local audience, understand the qualification of leads, and make decisions regarding scaling the advertising.

    Task
    Launch a three-day test advertising campaign on Facebook with a budget of $100 to gather the first leads. It was important not only to obtain leads but also to assess their quality and cost. Subsequently, based on the test, it was planned to expand geo-targeting to other regions such as Australia, Singapore, China, and Jakarta.

    Results
    During the three-day test, we received 16 leads with a cost per lead of $11.55.

    During the test period, the total expenditure amounted to $184.79, which allowed us to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign and prepare for scaling.

    After optimization, the launch in Jakarta and Bali brought the highest quality leads, while attempts to launch in China and Australia were less successful due to a cold audience.

    The main goal was to increase the number of leads and reduce their cost. The company wanted to achieve a stable flow of inquiries from advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to successfully sell elite real estate.

    Results
    Increased the number of leads from 5-10 to 418 per month.
    Reduced the cost per lead by 11 times to 193 UAH.
    Increased the website conversion by 8 times after its update.

    During the work, helped the company completely sell apartments in three residential complexes, as well as 80-90% of four residential complexes.

    This approach allowed Globus to consistently sell elite real estate while maintaining a high level of advertising campaign effectiveness.

    Ukraine: Reach — 527,063 people, number of leads — 1,495, average cost per lead — $1.45.

    Europe: Reach — 298,709 people, cost per lead — $5.94–$8.88, which corresponds to the set goals.

    Canada: Reach — 44,872 people, average cost per lead — $10.06, which also met the target indicators.

    2nd account: 319 leads, with an average cost of $2.56 per lead, which is significantly lower than the planned expenses.
  • Oll.math: an online platform for learning mathematics

    Attract new users to the Oll.math platform through Facebook Messenger, increase conversion actions (registrations, messages in Messenger, subscriptions), and optimize the advertising budget by lowering the cost of results and increasing the reach of the target audience.

    Results
    Total expenses: During the campaign period, 30,844.23 UAH was spent.

    Results

    During the project, impressive results were achieved:
    In one month, 1953 applications were attracted with a cost per application of $1.36.
    Search advertising showed a return on investment of 1677%, while GDN and YouTube showed 796% and 666% respectively.
