Objective:
To generate high-quality leads worth up to 300 UAH.
Actions taken:
1. Development of banners and writing ad texts
2. Creation of lead forms
3. Audience testing
4. Integration of leads into Google Sheets and CRM
Results for January-February 2024:

- Leads: 247
- Cost per lead: $7.10
Since this is not the first real estate project, lead generation was used as it is the most effective strategy in this niche. Additionally, to increase brand recognition for the developer, extra advertising on the website was launched.
The results were achieved by targeting various audiences (lookalike, real estate, entrepreneurs, farmers, medical professionals, broad). Besides lead cost, quality was constantly monitored as cheap leads are not always of high quality.
