Kazka: online bookstore
Kazka is an online bookstore in Ukrainian that delivers its books worldwide. The online store faced the problem of ineffective advertising that did not yield sufficient results, and the budget was wasted.
Task
The main goal was to optimize advertising campaigns, increase sales, and improve the return on advertising investment.
Tools used: what we used and why it's cool
1. Shopify Multifeed: We filled the products with all the necessary information and added custom tags. This improved analytics and segmentation.
Why it's needed: Complete product information helps it rank higher in Google Shopping, which means attracting more quality traffic.
2. Dynamic remarketing on Google and Meta: We brought back those who had already shown interest but did not purchase. Just like those ads that follow you for a month afterward.
Application example: This helped us focus on those who added products to their cart but did not buy, offering them bonuses and discounts.
3. PMax and Google Shopping campaigns: They were created to reach the hottest audience and increase product visibility in search results.
Result: 64% increase in sales through Google Ads and 60% improvement in advertising return.
