Client:
Resident Hall — a modern comfort-class residential complex in Lviv developed by Resident Development.

Task:
Launch comprehensive marketing for the project "from scratch": from creating a website to establishing a stable flow of applications. The main goal is to ensure the sale of apartments in two sections at an early stage of construction when information about the project was virtually absent in the market.

Challenge:
Complete lack of brand recognition and high competition among developers in Lviv. It was necessary to quickly develop a digital infrastructure and launch a multi-platform advertising strategy (Google + Meta) to outpace competitors for the buyer's attention.

Solution:
1. Development of a conversion website: Created a functional landing page with detailed layouts and an application form, which became the foundation for traffic collection.
2. Omnichannel strategy: Launched simultaneous advertising on Google Search (for hot queries), GDN, YouTube, and Facebook Ads. This allowed reaching users at all stages of the decision-making process.
3. Effective retargeting: Set up "catch-up" advertising for website visitors and Lookalike audiences, ensuring the highest quality of applications.
4. Analytical control: Implemented Google Analytics for detailed tracking of every call and form, allowing real-time budget optimization.
5. Content focus: Developed creatives that highlighted rational advantages (price, location, comfort class), mitigating the risks of purchasing at the start of construction.

Results:
- 70% of apartments in two sections of the Resident Hall residential complex were sold even at the stage of building construction.
162 leads per month: Ensured a stable flow of applications and calls, fully loading the sales department.
- Cost per application $4.2: Achieved an extremely low lead price for the real estate niche through deep campaign optimization.
- Comprehensive success: With a budget of only $700 per month, a full-fledged digital funnel was built, generating millions in turnover for the developer.
