Scaling eCommerce: $376,157 in revenue with a ROAS of 11,865% in 3 months

Client:
Smartmag — a large online store for original household appliances and electronics.

Task: Scale existing sales through Facebook and Instagram channels. The main KPI is to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and stable growth in the number of transactions while maintaining a high average order value.

Challenge:
The client already had advertising channels set up but hit a scaling "ceiling." It was necessary not just to attract traffic but to set up a complex technical ecosystem to work with a large assortment and high order value.

Solution:
1. Technical foundation: Conducted an audit of the Meta Pixel and conversion events. Set up data transmission for cart additions and purchases, allowing the system to learn from real money.
2. Dynamic remarketing (DPA): Created and structured a product catalog. This allowed for automatically "catching up" with users using the exact gadgets they viewed on the site, resulting in an immediate sales boost.
3. Implementation of Advantage+: Used the latest Meta algorithms for automatic audience and creative selection, enabling the system to independently find the most affluent buyers.
4. Focus on high-ticket items: Prioritized high-value positions and promotional offers in advertising. Added the trigger "Installment from Monobank" in the creatives, which removed the barrier of high prices.
5. Working with a new audience: Launched campaigns targeting cold traffic, which, thanks to clear positioning of original technology, showed phenomenal returns of over 7,000%.

Results:
- Revenue of $376,157 in 3 months: Achieved 613 direct sales through Meta advertising accounts.
- Record ROAS of 11,865%: The overall return on advertising spend significantly exceeded the client's expectations.
- Effectiveness of new campaigns: The latest launched campaign targeting a new audience achieved a ROAS of 29,393%.
- Quick start: In the first weekend of operation, 7 sales were made with a return of 5,536%, confirming the correctness of the chosen strategy.
