Amazon goods store
Our client is an entrepreneur who sells his own products through the Amazon platform. He already had basic advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, but the results were unsatisfactory: high cost per click, few quality visits, and lack of a systematic approach to optimization.
Task: increase the number of clicks and conversations, reduce the cost of user acquisition, stabilize the campaigns to scale sales on Amazon.
What we did
1. Account analysis
Identified low CTR ($0.40). Found the reasons: weak creatives, lack of segmentation, ad duplication.
2. Creatives and testing
Created videos and photos focusing on the benefits of the product, added clear CTAs. Conducted A/B tests.
3. Optimization
Launched ABO and CBO, eliminated irrelevant interests, raised bids for top ads. CTR increased to 6–9%.
4. Remarketing
Launched campaigns targeting those who did not complete the action, emphasized benefits and advantages.
Results
- Reach: 14,443 users (+306%)
- Clicks: 1,212 visits (+1,682%)
- Engagement: 1,048 initiated conversations with the business in Messenger/WhatsApp, of which 994 became new contacts
- CTR: in the best campaigns reached 9.95%
- CPC: average $0.30, minimum $0.16 (on CBO campaigns)
- CPA (conversation): from $0.32 to $0.50
