Toy.Dent — a Ukrainian supplier of high-quality dental equipment and specialized accessories for professionals.

Task:
Increase brand awareness in the professional environment and establish a stable flow of orders. The main focus is on attracting the target audience (dentists) for direct interaction through the website and messengers.

Challenge:
Dental equipment is a narrow B2B niche with a high ticket price and a specific audience. It was necessary to find an approach that would allow for obtaining cheap but targeted inquiries from specialists while avoiding irrelevant requests.

Solution:
1. Deep behavior analysis: Studied the dentist's journey when choosing tools, which allowed identifying the most effective triggers for advertising messages.
2. Hybrid budget strategy: Used a combination of CBO (campaign-level optimization) for large-scale reach and ABO (ad set-level optimization) for precise testing of individual product categories.
3. Direct Engagement funnel: Set up advertising campaigns with the goal of "Messages," allowing clients to receive quick consultations and close deals directly in messengers.
4. Multi-level remarketing: Brought back specialists who had already interacted with Toy.Dent content, nudging them to complete orders through personalized offers.
5. Iterative testing: Conducted a series of split tests on creatives to find visuals that resonate best with the professional community and provide the lowest cost per lead.

Results:
- Stable flow of inquiries: Received 28 targeted dialogues in messengers during the initial testing period.
- Effective cost per lead: The average cost of one inquiry was $2.17, which is an excellent indicator for an expensive medical niche.
- High return on investment at the start: With minimal advertising investment ($60.78), the client received orders totaling 3,810 UAH within the first weekend of operation.
