Make.com (Integromat) integration between JotForm and Trello
Client's goal:
The client needed a seamless way to route submissions from a single JotForm to 17 different Trello boards based on the user-selected "entity."
Solution:
I created a Make.com scenario that tracks JotForm submissions, uses a router filtered by the "entity" dropdown, and creates a Trello card in the "Incoming" list of the corresponding board.
Result:
User form entries are automatically generated as cards on the correct Trello boards, eliminating manual sorting and ensuring each team receives only relevant requests.
