Conduct marketing research for an online political science school (Austria), with the goal of determining the pricing of a new product (models, format, payment), and the potential target audience for the product.
What has been done:
1. Competitors in the niche of online political science courses offering similar products (political science field) have been found and analyzed based on the following criteria:
- Key product characteristics (topic, format, ratio of theory to practice)
- Positioning by target audience (geo, language) and unique selling proposition
- Pricing policy, models, and formats
- Analysis of the school's/course website – information presentation, user-friendliness
- Presence in social networks and digital activity.
2. Product pricing has been developed taking into account competitors, models and formats have been defined, and special offers have been identified.
3. The current target audience has been analyzed, a profile has been created, and the target audience profile for the client's product has been defined considering the topic and features of the new course.
4. Conclusions and recommendations have been provided for developing a marketing and digital strategy.
