Migration of the cultural project website to a new hosting

Migration to a new hosting for a bilingual website of a large international cultural project (collaboration between the British Council and the Ukrainian Institute). Role: webmaster, complete migration without data loss and functionality.

Stack: WordPress, custom theme, bilingualism (English / Ukrainian).

What has been done:

– Complete transfer of the website to new hosting (files, database, media)
– DNS configuration and correct domain switching without downtime
– Issuance and configuration of SSL certificate (HTTPS)
– Transfer and verification of WordPress configuration, custom theme, and plugins
– Preservation of bilingual structure (EN/UA) and all URLs without loss of indexing
– Verification of functionality: menu, forms, event program, news, press kit
– Verification of integrations (Google Tag Manager, analytics)
– Speed and stability testing after migration
