Project Description:
Developed a 2D platformer in Unity with dynamic levels and difficulty progression. Created several unique locations, including a “rest level” with cats before the boss fight, approved by the lead designer as a successful emotional contrast. Designed vertical and horizontal levels with various platform types (moving, disappearing, weight-activated), integrated traps and zones with altered physics.
Participated in gameplay balancing: tested pacing, adjusted distances between checkpoints to maintain flow without overwhelming the player.
