I worked as a Product Designer on this project, overseeing the entire process of user experience and interface development.
My responsibilities included:
Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) – analyzing user behavior and creating an effective interaction flow within the app.
Research and analysis – gathering requirements, conducting market and competitor analysis to develop the best solution.
UX/UI design – creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in Figma, focusing on intuitiveness and ease of use.
Testing and improvement – validating design solutions, collecting feedback, and implementing enhancements to ensure the best user experience.
