This is a very interesting case, it is about the comprehensive development of two mobile applications, the accounting and administrative system and the broadcast system for taxi and delivery services.I will first tell you about the application itself, about the development process, and at the end of the article I will describe some challenges, features and untypical tasks in the process of clarification of the design requirements of architecture.Of course, many extremely interesting points are forced to go down in mind of the NDA.This project is extremely not template, such a project is not done either by the ready guide or by the standard tutorial of the "Vigers Bit.Requirements for the P.”No, this cooperation had a lot of characteristics worthy of one of our most complex case projects.But as always, we expected these difficulties and were ready for both complex strategic solutions and operational and tactical improvisations.Since we specialize in the development of systems for customer service automation – the development of administrative software and mobile application for taxi and delivery service in a single application immediately appeared to us an interesting project and, of course, a challenge, especially in the light of the sharp competition and the apparent excess of this market with technical solutions in the background of the pandemic and the massive growth of supply demand in the beginning of 2021.For many years we have communicated, in particular, with customers who planned to order the development of the online service for taxi, there was even experience of developing not complex typical solutions from this field, but nothing supernatural.And in the middle of 2021 a group of investors addressed us with an untypical and complex project in the field of taxi.At that time, in sum with the described experience in the subject field, we had already experience of large (not taxi) projects with map services and GPS navigation, call centers, the implementation of payment system, there was also experience of working with real-time data and complex data schemes.From this we realized that we are fully aware of how to organize a team under a project, design, design and program it.The customer has contacted us with the already existing technical tasks.Our business analyst conducted an audit of the existing technical document, after which a number of improvements were proposed that changed the structure and content of the document.The first important feature of this project was that the state of the design-malets was synchronized with the current state of the technical task.Therefore, it was important to make a complete comparison of the TZ and design to identify disagreements, there were many at the start time, so we immediately connected the designer.Our designer has drawn up new designs and made changes to the existing.The designs were further developed on the scenarios of the interface use.We have found new ways to reduce the excess interfaces or add new if it is really necessary and it is impossible to reuse the already existing.Thus, we have developed some polymorphic patterns of visual display individually for this project, for this subject area.
