Considering the client's needs, individual house planning, landscaping, and additional options are developed.
More than 20 retail points have been manufactured and installed for KAN Development, Cityconsult Development, UDP, LEV Development, UkrBud, Imperial Tobacco, Agro Oven, UPG, SAGA, DIM, and others.
Module House has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2016. During this time, the company has manufactured and installed over 60 modular objects of various purposes, with areas ranging from 15 m² to 400 m². The total area of implemented objects is about 7000 m². The area of the largest one is about 1000 m². The total production area is 5900 m², allowing for the simultaneous production of 50 modules or an average of 12 objects.
The versatility of Module House technology allows for the realization of the most complex projects of any configuration and purpose from scratch. The high quality of materials and workmanship allows for the re-transportation of modules.
During the design process, 3D models of architectural solutions and house interiors are developed.
The main idea is that one module 4x12 is a one-bedroom apartment, two modules make a two-bedroom apartment.
The area of a fully finished two-bedroom module with two bathrooms and a kitchen-dining room is 2x12x4 = S 96 m².
In a two-story complex, there are four blocks.
An underground parking lot for 64 cars. A shelter for 256 places.
