In the modern fast-paced digital world, there is a growing demand for accessible personalized content for fitness and wellness. Recognizing this need, MoveMentors aims to revolutionize the way personal trainers, yoga instructors, and fitness studios communicate with clients worldwide by providing a reliable platform for sharing and monetizing their expert content.
Unbounded: connect, create, capitalize The main task was to create a complex digital platform designed as a central hub for fitness instructors from around the world. This platform will allow these professionals to upload, manage, and monetize a variety of content, including video tutorials, structured training plans, live streams, and personalized online training.
Open, filter, and engage with ease. To enhance navigation and search on the platform, I organized the diverse content into separate tabs for video tutorials, live streams, and other resources. I introduced a detailed filtering system that allows users to search by instructor type, price, language, and equipment. Additionally, live streams are categorized as "upcoming" and "live streams," making it easy for users to find sessions and participate in real-time.
Your mentor, your path. To increase user engagement and strengthen the bond between users and their favorite fitness instructors, I implemented a comprehensive instructor profile feature. Each instructor can fill out their profile with detailed information about their experience, achievements, certifications, and social media links. I integrated a "follow" function to keep users informed about their favorite instructors. Furthermore, I introduced the option to book individual sessions to personalize training. To further enrich interaction with users, I introduced a subscription model that allows users to subscribe monthly or annually.
Navigation and content management optimization. To improve the performance of instructors on our platform, significant efforts were focused on optimizing navigation and content management from the instructor's perspective. We developed a side panel for intuitive product navigation.

When it comes to content creation and management, I focused on the usability of the "Content" tab. Here, video materials are displayed in a table format, highlighting key metrics for quick viewing. Mentors can easily adjust the visibility of videos, plans, or live streams directly from this table. To encourage continuous content creation, I prominently placed the "Create" button at the top of the page. This design ensures that it remains in the instructor's field of view while navigating the platform, simplifying the process of adding new content and increasing overall productivity.
