    About the Perpact:
    Perpact is a contract builder with an automatic system that will allow you to create contracts for a fraction of the cost.

    The services of lawyers on the market are very expensive and represent mostly template work, Perpact offers a database of contracts that are always verified and agreed with current international laws, you can quickly find the necessary contract, create it yourself, consult with an attorney and download the contract saving more than 95% of money.

    Solution – Thanks to close cooperation with the client and understanding of business needs, a product that satisfies the client and the target audience was created. To do this, it was important to build the right processes to create a product that solves a problem in the market.

    Product creation process:

    1. Analysis and user feedback:
    Our project kicks off with a comprehensive analysis of the current product. User feedback was gathered through a poll conducted via the PickFu service to gain insights into user perceptions and identify areas for improvement.

    2. Creating site structure:
    Each block of the site has been elaborated in detail to familiarize customers with the service step by step and make them want to create a contract.

    3. Creating UI concepts:
    Multiple UI concepts were developed, each with its unique design and layout.
    User surveys conducted through PickFu served to collect feedback and preferences regarding the UI concepts.

    4. Processing of all pages:
    The UI concept which was preferred by users was consistently applied to all pages of the product.
    This phase covered the fine-tuning of layouts, color schemes, to create a visually cohesive and engaging design.

    5. Worked out the internal flow and adaptives:
    Our focus wad shifted to refining the internal flow of the product, emphasizing a seamless and intuitive user journey. This led to the improvement of interactive elements, forms, and other functionalities to ensure a user-friendly experience. The product was adapted, guaranteeing compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.

    Umoja is a decentralized credit protocol that provides fully secured, blended, and affordable financing to emerging market enterprises. The protocol crowdsources loan financing and collateral on-chain, enabling debt investors to fully control their default risk by renting collateral at any time during the loan’s maturity.

    Umoja’s mission is to provide the world with risk-tolerant and affordable, open financial infrastructure to accelerate real financial inclusion.

    The protocol incentivizes Liquidity Providers (senior tranche debt investors), Backers (junior tranche debt investors), Approvers (Underwriters), Collateral Providers, and Stakers (Default Insurers) to share the risk and reward of loan financing. By doing so, Umoja minimizes the cost of financing and helps lower the cost of capital for borrowers.

    Additionally, Umoja will be the first, multi-currency lending protocol where loans can be denominated in any fiat currency, rather than just USD, EURO, and YEN, which are the main stablecoin pegs across DeFi’s existing ecosystem.

    Solution This case study demonstrates the importance of each design step to make the interface for decentralized technologies accessible and user-friendly.

    Step 1: Analysis of the White Paper:
    Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the project's white paper to understand the technical and conceptual aspects of the protocol.
    Collaborated with the development team to extract key features and functionalities.

    Conducted interviews with stakeholders to identify user requirements and pain points.
    Researched existing decentralized protocols and their user interfaces to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Designed a clear navigation structure to ensure users could easily access and understand the complex protocol features.

    Step 4: Low-Quality Wireframes:
    Developed low-fidelity wireframes to outline the platform's layout and information hierarchy.

    Step 5: Development of UI Concept:
    Based on the references provided by the client, a style was created, and several style directions were also offered for selection. Stylistics was applied to several main screens to make it clear what the overall picture of the interface looks like.

    Step 6: Development of All Flows with the Concept Chosen by Customers:
    Having decided on the stylistics, we moved on to the elaboration of the flow, we discussed each flow with the clients on the call and approved or refined.

    Step 7: Prototyping:
    Created interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions and validate the design concept.
    Conducted testing on the prototypes to identify any potential issues or improvements.
    Made final adjustments and refinements based on user testing results.

    By pasting tracking code on your site, you can monitor visitor activities, such as which pages they visit, how long they stay, and where they come from. This data is essential for understanding user behavior.

    With access to visitor data, you can identify areas where your website may be underperforming, enabling you to make data-driven improvements to enhance the user experience and boost conversion rates.

    Solution – A product was created that allows users to understand all the advantages of using this service, and provides answers to all questions that the user may have while familiarizing himself with the product.

    Product creation process:

    1. Analysis of existing products. Using competitors' pratforms and analyzed user flows, we noted the moments from each flow, which in our professional opinion are the most convenient, accordingly they were subject to a more detailed analysis, actually to build the structure of our product.

    2. Creating a visual part. It was necessary to design a job search screen, with their offer. This screen is the most demanding from the point of view of user experience because it is the most informative and active in the use of our users, so it has been worked out in detail.

    3. The final stage of the task. As a result of the implemented job search screen, we created a style, and based on this, as well as competitor analysis, we built a great user experience, visual design, and a brand that is not only technical / IT, but also creates a great story.

    Product creation process:

    1. Decide on a style. For this, I created a moodboard with 4 design style options: gradient, clean minimalism, acid colors, and dark

    2. Implement the chosen style. For this, a sketch was chosen, which, in my subjective opinion, was the most difficult, thus the most interesting for realizing the style. After that, I presented several directions of design of this screen to clients.

    3. After the style direction chosen by the clients, I started to implement the rest of the sketches.
