2. Page Structure (one screen)
Left Side — Order Form
Block with the form (located on the left, occupies about 50-60% of the width):
Form Fields:

When selected — automatically show the distance (km one way)
Cargo weight (kg)
Cargo description (briefly, 1–5 words)
Number of movers (default — no movers, maximum 2)
Which floor to lift the cargo (separate parameter, not included in the cost of movers)

Result under the form:
Display of price and what it includes (truck, movers, lift, etc.)
Order button — large, bright, inviting
Right Side — Interactive Image
Block with the truck (occupies 40-50% of the width):
Image of the cargo truck (realistic, styled to match the overall design, attached a sample image to the task, Iveco Daily)
Body dimensions indicated next to/under the truck (length, width, height)
Body load indicator:
Displayed in the body as a bar/sections (like a battery charge on a phone)

Filled proportionally to the entered cargo weight (for example, if 500 kg out of 1000 kg — 5 sections)

3. Responsiveness
When the screen is reduced, the blocks rearrange:
Tablet: form on top, truck on the bottom (or vice versa)
Mobile: first the form, then the truck (in a column)
All elements (buttons, fields, indicator) remain easy to press on mobile
4. Additional Wishes
Stylized thematic background image (road, truck, city) — light, unobtrusive
Maintain a lot of space between blocks
The "Order" button should be noticeable, but not shouting
